YUM YUM

A had her first intro to rice cereal today, and...she seemed to love it. She ate some and got a TON all over her. :) J even got a chance to help feed her, which made him very proud.

J and cousin A helped Grandpa T pick peas.

And they picked enough to need a wheel barrow to transport them. :)

Mmmmm!!!

Mike road 100 miles...in one day...to help fight MS.

J and Dad resting at the cabin after the ride.
Helping Aunt J cook Dad a yummy dinner to refuel!!

A and cousin B planting the seeds of what I'm sure is going to be a great friendship in a few months.

The other morning I came in my room to find this...AWWWW!

SECURE

So, after a few urgings from different people and watching a lot of Dateline...I'm thinking about taking our blog private. I want anyone I know to feel super comfortable checking out our blog, but because I have pictures of my two MOST prized possessions...my little ones...I would feel more comfortable if not EVERYONE could see it.
So, what does this mean??? If you want to be able to continue seeing our blog, simply comment on this post with your email address, and I'll add you to the "approved" list. I won't do it for a few weeks to give everyone a chance to get on the list.
It is fun to have any and all follow our little ones growing up, so no matter who you are, feel free to give me your info and continue tuning in.
THANKS!!!

LITTLE WEED

So, our little A is growing "like a weed". I found 2 pictures with the same reference point, so I thought I'd let you see how quickly she is growing. What a little angel!!! Here she is at 2 weeks old... And today at 3 months...If you look at the green seahorse in the picture you can really tell the change. I must admit it makes me feel pretty good that she's grown this much with me as her exclusive provider of nutrients. :)

FUN

Memorial Day we decided to go for a picnic and a hike. I must give a little shout out to Arby's for having a very timely and fun toy in their kids meal. J got a little caribeaner with cards hanging from it and on each card there was a bug or animal with a little description and picture. So after we finished our lunch we went for a hike and J tried to find the things on his cards. We saw a caterpiller, butterflies, worms, lady bugs and even a deer. A lady bug landed on J's hydro pack and he said he was giving him a ride down the mountain.I took the kids to the park one sunny day and there were some kids playing in a tree. When they were done, J wanted to give it a try. It was a perfect climbing tree, so I lifted him up and let him give it a try.Cute kid!!
Mike and J went to REI to get me a birthday present and Mike told J he could pick out anything from one section for me. In true 3 year old boy fashion...he picked out this marshmallow shooter. We took it with us to the cabin and this little cowboy had fun trying to shoot chipmunks and birds. (no animals were harmed, I promise). Cute cowboy at Grandma and Grandpa's cabin.
Little lady.
Oldest and youngest cousins.
Already learning to take teasing from uncle Steve.
