SOCCER STUD

J had his last indoor soccer game last weekend. He really enjoyed this league, but missed having dad as his coach.
He did like getting another trophy, though. This one is much cooler than the one from his fall league. I tried to get a picture of him showing it to me, but those of you who know J and his picture phobia know that was not a possibility. :)
So, we have now moved onto spring outdoor soccer. Dad is once again the coach, and J has really improved his game. I don't know if it is Mike's coaching skills or not, but J's soccer skills have noticeably improved. In his first game, he scored 3 goals (2 for the other team, but who cares!!!). Here is a picture of him working hard for the Green Dragons.
Not to leave out our little lady, A continues to chunk up, and is becoming much more animated. She has even started smiling. I have been trying to get a picture of her cute smile, but can never seem to catch it. Here is the best picture I've been able to get. I'll keep trying.I was going through A's expansive wardrobe the other day trying to find a warm sweatshirt, and I came across this. Yep, we are teaching her young to be a fan of the Runnin Utes!!! Now J just needs to teach her the words to Utah Man.
Last but not least, here are a few short video clips of J's Green Dragons soccer team. Yes, it is swarm ball...enjoy!!

SMART BOY

Jameson got his LETTER CROWN!!! This means he knows all of his letters and the sounds that they make. He has been working on this for a long time, and we are VERY proud of his accomplishment!!! We promised him that when he got his letter crown, we would take him to get a new toy. Mike said he wanted almost every toy in the toy store, but that this was what he settled on.
This Lego Coast Guard Helecopter has over 400 pieces, so after a long build session (Mike & I did most of the work), Jameson is loving playing with his new toy.

FUN TIMES

Grandma and Grandpa A had a 3 hour layover here on their way to Cinncinati. After lunch at Hires, we headed over to Trolley Square to run around for a bit before returning to the airport. J and Grandpa ran up and down the escalator no less than 50 times and had fun looking at the replica of the old Trolley Station. J and Grandma also had some fun.
J has taken up shaving off his scratchy "beard" on a daily basis.
Autumn has chubbed up and has a pretty great belly going. As you can see, she's already grown out of some of her newborn size stuff.

Cheezy big brother holding his little sis.
Taking a little nap.
